A Look at Inn on Biltmore Estate

You almost have to visit Asheville twice: once to experience the city and again to experience Biltmore. But a stay at the Inn on Biltmore during your Festival weekend offers the best of both worlds. And with trolley transportation to and from SWEET and the Grand Tasting included in their package, you don't have to worry about driving!

The view of the grounds from their terrace almost can't be beat (except for the view from the pool). Burn calories in between eating events on one of their many trails or give yourself a break (after all, you are on vacation) and make it a weekend of pure indulgence with a Signature Massage at the Inn's spa.

After the Grand Tasting, you can relax on the rocking chair terrace with a glass of wine and watch the beautiful Blue Ridge sunset.

Whether or not you stay at the Inn on Biltmore, you can get a taste of the Inn at the Grand Tasting. The Inn's new hotel chef David Ryba is preparing three extraordinary bites paired with Biltmore wines. Ladies and gentlemen, start your palettes!

Chilled plum soup. This is sweet and tart soup with hints of orange, cinnamon, allspice, cayenne, ginger and basil. Paired with Blanc de noir

House-cured prosciutto with fresh cheese on baguette. Cured with white pepper, and fennel with fromage blanc on a lightly toasted baguette. Paired with Malvasia.

Pork Belly BLT. Porkbelly, tomato Jam, Estate micro lettuce, garlic aioli on sourdough. Smoked and braised pork with a heirloom tomato jam scented with lemon, cinnamon and star anise, on sourdough with a garlic aioli and micro lettuce. Paired with Pinot Noir.
